We want you to love your GNJ purchases! If you need to return an item, please contact us at hi@weargnj.com within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in original packaging. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure a smooth experience.

Hey there! We totally understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Currently, we’re not able to process returns for orders shipped outside the UAE. However, if you have any issues or concerns with your purchase, please reach out to us at hi@weargnj.com. We’re here to help and will do our best to find a solution that makes you happy!
Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn items, or if the tag has been removed. If the item is unworn, with all original tags attached, and the hygiene seal intact, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Email us at hi@weargnj.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Ensure the item is in original condition (unworn, hygiene seal intact, and tags attached). Ship the package back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect). Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hi@weargnj.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.
