1. Shipping Costs
We offer shipping to various locations, with rates based on the destination. Below are the shipping charges:

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order’s progress.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Whether you're in the UAE, GCC countries, or any other part of the world, we ensure that our products are delivered to you with care and efficiency.
4. Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs authorities in your country may impose import duties and taxes based on local regulations. These fees are not included in the price of the products and will need to be paid by the customer upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.
5. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn items or if the tag has been removed.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@weargnj.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the items.
6. Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the item you purchased and place a new order for a different size or product.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund according to UAE consumer protection laws.
9. International Returns
At this time, we are unable to process returns for orders shipped outside the UAE. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at hi@weargnj.com, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
