Refund Policy

At GNJ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’ve made the process simple and transparent. Please read through our Return and Refund Policy below to ensure you understand our return procedure.

1. Returns

We want you to love your GNJ purchases! If you need to return an item, please contact us at hi@weargnj.com within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us at hi@weargnj.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • Ensure that the item is in its original condition (unworn, hygiene seal intact, and tags attached)

Once we receive your return request, we will guide you through the next steps. Please ship the package back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hi@weargnj.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.

5. International Returns

Currently, we do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the UAE. However, if there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us at hi@weargnj.com, and we will do our best to find a solution.

6. Exchanges

While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can request a return and then place a new order for the desired item. Please follow the same process for returning the original item, and we will assist you in the next steps.

7. Return Conditions

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn items, or if the tag has been removed. Returns must meet the following conditions to be accepted:

  • Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and the hygiene seal intact.

  • The item should be in the original packaging.
